By accessing or using the Gridiron Diamonds platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Gridiron Diamonds ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
Gridiron Diamonds provides NFL player proposition analysis, algorithmic scoring, statistical breakdowns, and related sports analytics content (collectively, "Content"). The Service is provided strictly for informational and entertainment purposes.
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Gridiron Diamonds does not facilitate, encourage, or endorse illegal gambling. All Content is provided for informational purposes only. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Betting or wagering involves risk, and users are solely responsible for their own betting decisions. Always check the laws in your jurisdiction before engaging in sports wagering.
You must meet the following requirements to use the Service:
4.1 Subscription Plans
We offer a Monthly subscription ($9.99/month) and a Season Pass ($80.00 one-time payment). Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.
4.2 Billing
Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically each month on the anniversary date of your initial subscription. Season Pass is a one-time charge. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc.
4.3 Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain access through that period. Season Pass purchases are non-refundable. Monthly subscriptions canceled within 24 hours of initial purchase may be eligible for a full refund at our discretion.
4.4 Promotional Codes
Promotional codes are issued at our sole discretion, are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may expire or be revoked at any time. Only one promotional code may be applied per transaction.
All Content on the Service — including but not limited to Diamond Scores, algorithmic analyses, player breakdowns, text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Gridiron Diamonds and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access Content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any Content without our prior written consent.

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PICK OR ANALYSIS WILL RESULT IN A PROFIT. SPORTS BETTING CARRIES INHERENT RISK, AND WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING OUTCOMES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRIDIRON DIAMONDS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IN ANY MATTER ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than litigation, except where prohibited by law.
